Part 1: Obligations of the Contracting Parties

By accessing or using the services provided by TRIDESETRI (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any amendments or changes to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Privacy Policy
The User confirms being familiar with and agrees to the Company's Privacy Policy, available at link. The Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and discloses information concerning the User. 


Part 2: Description of the Platform and Services

2.1 Overview
The Company offers various software solutions, including but not limited to SEO tools, time management systems, and compliance applications. It also provides custom development and SEO services.

2.2 Regulation
The business operations of the Company are regulated by the laws and regulations of Republic of Serbia.

2.3 Client/User Information
Except for the testimonials section, the Company does not offer any information or data about its clients or users without their express consent or as required by law. 


Part 3: Users and Registration

3.1 Guests and Registered Users
Access to certain services is available to guests, whereas other services require registration. Registered users must provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Information Collection
The Company may collect various information, such as IP addresses, access time, device type, location, and information provided by the registered account. The collection of such information is specific to the solution/business offered by the Company and will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Part 6: Unauthorized Users/Access

Access to certain parts of the services is restricted to authorized users. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Part 8: Automatic Debit on Payment Card

8.1 Subscription Payments
Payments for subscription plans will be automatically debited from the User's payment card. Users are responsible for updating card details and understanding the cancellation policy.

8.2 Cancellation
Cancellation of the subscription plan must be done in accordance with the Company's prescribed procedures, available on the Company's website.

All payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

10.1 Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the services if there is any harm to the services, breach of these terms, or other circumstances as deemed appropriate by the Company.

The Company is constantly changing and improving its solutions and reserves the right to make modifications at any time. The Company is not liable to its Users for any modifications.

Users use the services at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for the activities of other Users and third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in Belgrade.

If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they should discontinue the use of the Company's services.

Furthermore, the Company's team of SEO experts offers professional services to optimize clients' web presence, ensuring visibility and higher ranking in search results.

2.2 Regulation
Adherence to Laws: The business operations of TRIDESETRI are governed by and in adherence to the prevailing laws and regulations of the specified jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, laws pertaining to data protection, electronic transactions, intellectual property, and consumer protection.

Transparency and Compliance: The Company operates with the utmost transparency and ensures that all its operations, offerings, and business practices are compliant with the stipulated legal and regulatory frameworks. Clients and Users can trust the Company's commitment to legal and ethical business operations.

2.3 Client/User Information
Confidentiality: Beyond the publicly available testimonials section, TRIDESETRI is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of its clients and users. Without their express consent or unless mandated by law, no information or data about clients/users is disclosed, shared, or published.

Integrity: Any testimonial displayed is genuine and showcases the true feedback from our satisfied clients. The Company ensures that every testimonial is published with the consent of the client or user and represents the honest opinions and experiences of such individuals.

3.1 Guests and Registered Users

Company Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate a subscription if there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, or other circumstances as defined in the subscription agreement. Notice will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and the subscription agreement.


Part 8: Automatic Debit on Your Payment Card

8.1 Payment for Subscription Plans
Automatic Debit: Subscription fees for the selected plan are automatically debited from the user's payment card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Updating Card Details: Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment card information. Failure to update expired or invalid payment card information may lead to interruption or termination of services.

8.2 Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation: Users may cancel automatic debits by canceling their subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy described in the subscription agreement.
Modifications: Modifications to the subscription, including upgrades or downgrades, must be made in accordance with the procedures outlined in the subscription agreement. Changes may affect the billing amount and the features available to the user.

8.3 Additional Charges
Taxes and Fees: Prices for subscription plans are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees. The final amount charged to the payment card may include these additional costs as required by law.
Overdue Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in additional charges, including interest or penalties, as detailed in the subscription agreement.


Part 9: Refund Policy

9.1 General Refund Policy
No Refunds: Except as required by applicable law or as explicitly set out in the subscription agreement, all purchases are final, and no refunds will be granted.
Conditions for Refund: If local laws require a refund option, such conditions and procedures will be detailed in the subscription agreement. This may include specific scenarios such as product malfunction, misrepresentation, or other legal grounds.

9.2 Requesting a Refund
Procedure: Users seeking a refund under legal provisions must follow the procedure detailed in the subscription agreement, including providing any necessary documentation and information.
Timeline: The timeline for processing refund requests and the method of refund will be specified in the subscription agreement.
Contact: Users are encouraged to contact the Company's customer support team for assistance with refund inquiries or to clarify the refund policy.


Part 10: Cancellation of Service

10.1 User-initiated Cancellation

Liabilities: The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the cancellation of services, except as required by law or as specifically outlined in the subscription agreement.

11.1 Continuous Improvement
Updates and Changes: The Company is committed to the continuous improvement of its solutions and may make regular updates, modifications, enhancements, or remove features.
Notification: Depending on the significance of the changes, the Company may or may not provide notice of modifications. For major changes, users may be notified through appropriate channels, such as email or in-app notifications.
Acceptance: Continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users who disagree with any significant modification have the right to discontinue using the services.

11.2 No Liability
No Obligation: The Company is not obligated to maintain or continue offering any particular features, functionalities, or services and may modify or discontinue them at its sole discretion.
No Liability for Modifications: The Company is not liable to its users or any third parties for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

Maximum Liability: The total liability of the Company for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount that the user paid for the services.

13.2 Claims
Notice of Claims: Users must provide the Company with prompt written notice of any claim, dispute, or issue related to these terms or the services.
Time Limitation: Any claims against the Company must be filed within a specified time limit as defined by applicable law or the subscription agreement.
Resolution: The Company will work in good faith to resolve any claims or disputes. Alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration may be used as appropriate.
